法人团体资本主义是指资本主义市场由等级制度森严、官僚主义重的法人团体支配的现象。
美国大部分经济及劳动市场皆由法人团体所控制[1]。法人团体往往在发达国家中主导整个市场，控制超过半数的交易。法人团体大多为有限责任制，不会如一般独资或合伙公司等可能破产或受刑事指控而入狱，故此监管不严，亦难以追究。
